Privacy by default
Privacy
Little Lift tracks donation accounting without storing customer names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, payment details, or raw webhook payloads in its donation ledger. This policy explains the merchant, account, and order-reference data used to provide the app.
- App publisher and technical support: Ready, Set, Go. Donation beneficiary: Meyer & Friends.
- Donation records contain order references and amounts, rather than a donor contact list.
- For privacy questions and access, correction, or deletion requests, email letsgo@helloreadysetgo.com with the subject Little Lift privacy.

Information the app uses
From Shopify, the app uses the store ID and domains, store name, contact email, currency, timezone, installation status and authorized access scopes. Donation-product and variant IDs support the cart widget and product health checks. Store-location references support reporting.
Paid-order and refund events are processed to identify donation lines. Stored accounting records include Shopify order IDs and order names, donation line IDs, currency, amounts, payment timestamps, channel and location references, refund IDs and adjustments, and monthly statements. An order reference can still be linked to a customer inside the merchant's Shopify account.
Merchant and administrator records include agreement acceptance, the account identifier associated with an action, remittance instructions, reported payments, verification and audit events. Authentication records can contain Shopify account identifiers, name, email, access credentials and session expiry information. Credentials are used to connect the app and are not shown in reports.
If you contact support, the information you choose to send is used to respond. Please omit customer details and payment credentials. The storefront widget reads cart contents and donation choices to display and add an optional donation. It does not create a donor profile or add advertising cookies.
Purpose and service providers
We use this information to authenticate merchants, configure donation prompts, maintain accurate donation and refund totals, reconcile remittances, prevent duplicate event processing, enforce administrator permissions, and resolve support requests. The app does not sell data or use donation records for advertising.
Shopify provides the store, checkout and payment environment. Cloudflare hosts the app, database and public assets. These providers process data needed to run their services and may process it outside your country. Authorized Meyer & Friends administrators use remittance records to confirm merchant payments; authorized technical operators use necessary records to maintain the service.
Retention, uninstalling and data requests
Store settings and accounting records are retained while the app is installed to provide its services. Uninstalling removes the app's stored Shopify sessions and marks the installation inactive. Export the ledger before uninstalling if you need your own copy.
When Shopify sends a shop-redaction request, the app removes settings and sessions and clears the merchant profile and identifying agreement, payment and audit fields. Donation and refund accounting records, order references, statement totals and processing metadata remain for reconciliation. These retained accounting records currently have no automatic expiry. Protected recovery copies are not used as an active customer database.
To request access, correction or deletion, contact letsgo@helloreadysetgo.com. We may need to verify your relationship to the store. Shopify customer requests are recorded with their order scope and deadline, without creating a donor contact record. Merchants can find pending requests in Setup and help and download the requested order-linked data for delivery through their customer privacy process. Receipt of a request or generation of an export does not mean that delivery or deletion is complete. Contact support to arrange redaction. Customers should also contact the store that collected their donation for the order and payment information held by that store.
